There are various reasons that you may need to replace your UWSP PointCard.
For example:
- You may have lost your PointCard or had it stolen.
- Your PointCard was damaged.
- Your name changed.
- You want to replace your PointCard with a new photo.
To replace your PointCard see Requesting a PointCard at the right, or stop by the IT Service Desk to request a new card.
To receive a replacement card, you will need to show a photo ID such as your driver's license to verify your identity. We already have your photo on file to replace your PointCard or we can take a new photo at the time of the replacement. You can also submit another photo if you would like your PointCard photo updated for your replacement card.
Your card services and electronic lock access will automatically be transferred to your new card.
When your PointCard is replaced, your old PointCard is permanently disabled and cannot be reactivated.
