To replace a PointCard stop by the IT Service Desk with a photo ID such as your driver's license to verify your identity during normal business hours. We already have your photo on file to replace your PointCard. You do not need to submit another unless you would like to update your PointCard photo for your replacement card.
Students with the U.S. Bank ATM options should also stop by a U.S. Bank branch office with a photo ID and your new card and ask to have your ATM options activated.
When your PointCard is replaced, your old PointCard is permanently disabled and cannot be reactivated if found.

PointCards With Visible Damage
UWSP students: $20 replacement fee billed to the student's UWSP account.
UWSP employees and affiliates: $20 replacement fee billed to the department.
PointCards With No Visible Damage
PointCard has stopped working but there is no visible damage: No replacement fee.
Legal Name Change
UWSP students: No replacement fee.
UWSP employees and affiliates: No replacement fee.
Preferred Name Change
UWSP students: $20 fee billed to the student's UWSP account.
UWSP employees and affiliates: $20 fee billed to the department.
Lost PointCard Replacement
UWSP students: $20 fee billed to the student's UWSP account.
UWSP employees and affiliates: $20 fee billed to the department.
Stolen PointCard Replacement (With Proof of Police Investigation)
UWSP students: No replacement fee.
UWSP employees and affiliates: No replacement fee.
Stolen PointCard Replacement (Without Proof of Police Investigation)
UWSP students: $20 fee billed to the student's UWSP account.
UWSP employees and affiliates: $20 fee billed to the department.
Fee is non-refundable if original card is found after being replaced.
PointCard Replacement For New Student Voter ID Expiration Date
$20 replacement fee billed to the student's UWSP account.
Changes To Other Display Information (e.g. Photo-Only Update or Department Name Changes)
UWSP students: $20 fee billed to the student's UWSP account.
