How to Replace My PointCard

Summary

How to replace your PointCard if it's damaged or has stopped working,

Body

To replace your PointCard, see Request a PointCard at the right, or stop by the IT Service Desk to request a new card.

To receive a replacement card, you will need to show a photo ID such as your driver's license to verify your identity. We already have your photo on file to replace your PointCard. You do not need to submit another unless you would like your PointCard photo updated for your replacement card.

Students with the U.S. Bank ATM options should also stop by a U.S. Bank branch office with a photo ID and your new card and ask to have your ATM options activated.

Your card services and electronic lock access will automatically be transferred to your new card.

When your PointCard is replaced, your old PointCard is permanently disabled and cannot be reactivated if found.
