Deactivate Your PointCard Services and Building Access

Use the following instructions to completely deactivate your PointCard by deactivating both your electronic lock access and your campus services.

Deactivate Your Electronic Door Lock Access

Your electronic lock permissions can include residence halls, academic buildings, and other UWSP buildings and secured areas​.​

  • If your PointCard is lost, stolen, or missing, use this form to deactivate the card's ability to unlock electronic locks. 
  • If your PointCard is confirmed lost or stolen here's how to replace your card.

Students living in UWSP Residence Halls:  If you need temporary door access until you find your PointCard or can obtain a replacement, please contact your Hall's front desk, RA, or HD​.​
 

Deactivate Your Campus Services

Campus services include student meal plans and DAWG dollars, fitness and recreation memberships and events.

  • If your PointCard is missing, log into ​the GET website​ or open the GET app on your mobile device. Select, "I lost my card". 
  • If your PointCard is confirmed  lost or stolen here's how to replace your card.

Students: For temporary access to your student meal plan call Dining Services (715-346-3434) or email: University.dining.office@uwsp.edu.
