► Student U.S. Bank ATM Options (If used)
If you are unable to find your PointCard you should lock your card's U.S. Bank ATM options.
Locking your PointCard's ATM options allows you to re-enable them if your card is found.
- You can lock your ATM options in your U.S. Bank mobile app or in your U.S. Bank online banking portal. You can also stop by a U.S. Bank branch office or call U.S. Bank at 715-343-2210 (business hours) or 800-872-2657 (after hours) and ask to have the ATM options on the card temporarily locked.
If you know that your PointCard is lost or stolen you should disable your card's ATM options.
Disabling your PointCard's ATM options permanently disconnects them from your old card.
- Report the card as lost through your U.S. Bank mobile app or your U.S. Bank online banking portal. You can also stop by a U.S. Bank branch office or call U.S. Bank at 715-343-2210 (business hours) or 800-872-2657 (after hours) and ask to have your ATM options disabled.
