If you have changed your name through the Registrar's office (students) or through UWSP's Department Information Management System (employees) wait at least one to two business days. You can then replace your PointCard.
The photo we have on record for you can be used when printing your new PointCard. You may also submit a new photo for your new PointCard or have a new photo taken by service desk staff.
What name is printed on my PointCard?
- Your PointCard will be printed with your Legal Name if no Preferred Name is recorded for you.
- If you have a Preferred Name on record, your PointCard will be printed with your Preferred Name.
