My Account Password is No Longer Working

Your password may have expired. UWSP passwords must be changed every two years. Expired passwords cannot be unlocked.

To Update an Expired Password

  • Go to the Fix Account page and enter your UWSP email.
  • You will be asked to answer your account security questions prior to creating a new password.

 

If you are still unable to log in, contact the IT Service Desk for help.
