Disable and Report Lost Door Badge

Door Badges are typically issued to UWSP affiliates to use as their access card for electronic locks. UWSP affiliates include contractors, contracted partners, volunteers and others who may be in an affiliate role not requiring a UWSP account.

If you have lost your UWSP-issued Door Badge, you should immediately report your lost badge to your department.

Note: If you have been issued a UWSP PointCard for electronic lock access and have lost your card, follow these instructions to deactivate your card's door access.

How to differentiate between a Door Badge and a PointCard? If your access card for electronic locks does not display your name, you have been issued a Door Badge. If your name displays on the card, you have been issued a PointCard.
