Ad hoc computer classroom reservation requests are only accepted after the Registrar’s office completes academic course scheduling for the request semester. Once the Registrar’s office completes academic course scheduling, UWSP faculty and staff can submit requests to reserve computer classrooms for ad hoc classes or other University meetings or events.
Information Technology Homework Labs cannot be reserved.
Information Technology oversees the scheduling of all requests to use Information Technology computer classrooms.
To submit an ad hoc computer classroom reservation request:

- Sign into UWSP's Event Management System (EMS) to submit your reservation request.
