How Do I Reserve an IT Computer Classroom for Ad Hoc Use?

Ad hoc computer classroom reservation requests are only accepted by Information Technology after the Registrar’s office completes academic course scheduling for the request semester.  Once the Registrar’s office completes academic course scheduling, requests to reserve IT computer classrooms can be submitted.

Note: Information Technology Homework Labs cannot be reserved.
 

Information Technology oversees the scheduling of all requests to use IT computer classrooms. 

 

Submit an Ad Hoc Computer Classroom Reservation Request

 

 Submit a reservation request for ad hoc academic use

Academic use includes ad hoc class use or other University meetings or events.

  1. See IT's Computer Classroom Reservation Policy for use classifications and additional information.
  2. Sign into UWSP's Event Management System (EMS) to submit your reservation request.   

 

Submit a reservation request for non-academic use

Non-academic use includes non-credit generating courses for which a fee is charged, sponsored research and grant-funded programs and Non-UWSP Users.

  1. Make sure to review the reservation policy for non-academic use and note any associated rental costs, then,

  2. Contact the Information Technology Service Desk to discuss rental and staffing fees.
