Authenticating via SMS or phone call is ONLY available to UWSP students.
To use the SMS or phone call authentication options you must first add a phone number in your UWSP Microsoft account. See the Related Articles section for instructions on how to add a phone number to your account.
How to Authenticate Using SMS or Phone Call
- Click I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now on the Approve Sign in request prompt.
- Choose Text or Call from the list of verification options.
