Set Up a VPN Connection On MacOS

In order for a computer to connect to certain UWSP assets from off campus, you must configure a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.

Multifactor Authentication is required for all VPN connections.

If you need to authenticate using verification codes from your MFA hardware token you will need to install and use the intermediary app, Big-IP Edge Client, to complete the authentication.  To always receive Push notifications and complete your MFA authentications from your mobile device, set your default MFA Authentication method to "App-based authentication - notification".

Information Technology supports the three latest MacOS versions. See Apple Support's MacOS page for more information.
