Description of Service Offering
Docusign is an online 3rd party service contracted through the state of Wisconsin that allows you to electronically sign documents and send documents to others for their digital signature. Docusign is available at no cost to all UWSP employees and students.
To request a Docusign account click Request an Account at the right.
Requested Information:
All bolded items are REQUIRED for submission.
- Username: Your name displays by default. Change this if submitting the request for another.
- Department: Your department displays by default. You can change this if submitting the request for another.
- Short Description of Request: "Docusign Account Request" is entered by default.
- Additional Information (Optional): Additional information is not needed for a Docusign Account request.
- Attachment: Not needed for a Docusign account request.
Request Guidelines
Ensure the Username and Department are correct prior to submitting this request.
When submitting a request, please ensure that all information provided is accurate. UWSP IT staff may reach out to request further information or ask for clarification. During that time, your request will be placed on hold until you respond.

Procedure:
- Select the "Request an Account" button.
- Fill out and submit the online form.
- The UWSP IT team will review the request.
- Further information may be requested if necessary. Please check your email inbox regularly for messages related to your request.
