Steps to Reset Your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
To reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), please follow these guidelines:
- Reach out to the UWSP IT Service Desk in-person or over the phone.
- IT Service Desk will verify your account information. Please be ready to provide further information if required.
- They will then reset your MFA and will guide you to https://myaccount.uwsp.edu/
- After you sign in, it will have you setup your new MFA.

- For security reasons, email is not considered a secure method for handling MFA resets. Verifying identity over the phone or in person ensures the protection of user accounts.
