Pickup Instructions:

Once the token is completed, you will receive an email, and we will mark the ticket as "ready for pickup". You can select which campus location you want to pick up the token.

If you’re unable to pick up the token at one of the campuses, the token can be mailed to your address. It will take 7-10 business days to receive your hardware token through the mail. If you’ve not received your token within two weeks, please contact the IT Service Desk.

If you are picking up your token in person, you need to bring two forms of ID. This includes your university ID and another ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID.

Note:

Hardware tokens are property of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Employees leaving the university must return their token to their department or employer.
