Overview
The IT Service Desk can provide a credit refund for print jobs that students are unable to print due to a mechanical malfunction of a campus printer.
Please take extra care in selecting all of your printer settings as you will not be refunded for user errors.
Refunds will only be available for IT Managed Printers.
Print Credit Refund Reasons:
To request a print credit refund, we require the reason for the request.

Low Toner/Ink
|
The printer ran out of toner or ink, resulting in an unreadable or incomplete print.

Streaks or Marks on Page
|
The printed page had unwanted lines, smudges, or marks.

Paper Jam
|
The printer experienced a paper jam, which prevented your print job from completing.
|
|
Charged But No Print Job Came Out
|
Your account was charged, but no print job was produced.
|

Printed Symbols Instead of Letters
|
The printed pages contained unreadable symbols instead of the expected text.

|
Missing Images
|
Images within your document did not print or appear corrupted.

Note:
The form must be completely filled out and turned in within one week of the misprint. Failure to fully complete this form will result in denial of printing refunds.
If applicable to, please attach a photo of the faulty printout.
Procedure:
- Select the “Request a Print Credit Refund” button.
- Fill out and submit the online form.
- Further information may be requested if necessary. Please check your inbox regularly for messages related to your request.
- The IT Service Desk will evaluate the request and will send a notification if the request has been accepted or denied.
