Description of Service

This services allows you to submit an email for a service that your department is using to send emails throughout campus. Examples includes trainings, notices, and other potentially unexpected emails going out to our staff and students.

Request Guidelines

Please provide all required information and all known optional information during submission. The more information you provide, the quicker your request can be processed.

When submitting a request, please ensure that all information provided is accurate. UWSP IT staff may reach out to request further information or ask for clarification. During that time, your request will be placed on hold until you respond.

Available To:

  • UWSP Faculty
  • UWSP Staff
  • UWSP Departments

Procedure:

  1. Select the "Request Service" button.
  2. Fill out and submit the online form.
  3. The UWSP IT team will review the request.
  4. Further information may be requested if necessary. Please check your email inbox regularly for messages related to your request.
  5. The support request will be carried out.
