Request temporary building hours change

All events spaces must also be reserved in EMS.

Description of Service

Request temporary extension of a building's public hours to accommodate an event attended by the public.

All requests must be received at least 5 full business days prior to the date and time the change request is for.

Once submitted, requests will be routed to the building's manager for approval.

Notes

  • Please see Stevens Point Campus Public Building Hours for a listing of public building hours.
  • Events attended solely by current faculty, staff, and students in academic buildings should not submit a request to extend public building hours. Instead, these events should rely on those individuals Campus Community Access.
  • If accommodations are required in multiple buildings, please enter a separate request for each building.
