If you find your missing PointCard or replace it, refer to the following instructions to reactivate both your electronic lock access and your campus services.
Instructions for students to unlock or reactivate PointCard U.S. Bank ATM Options if previously locked/deactivated are included at the bottom of this page.
How To Completely Reactivate Your PointCard Services
►Reactivate Your Electronic Door Lock Access
Your electronic lock permissions can include access to residence halls, academic buildings, and other UWSP buildings and secured areas. Your electronic lock permissions also include your after hours campus community access.
- If you find or replace your PointCard, use this form to reactivate the card's ability to unlock electronic locks.
Students: If you live in a UWSP Residence Hall and received a temporary card for door access from your Hall's front desk, RA, or HD make sure to return the temporary card.
►Reactivate Your Campus Services
Campus services include student meal plans and DAWG dollars, fitness and recreation memberships and events.
- If your PointCard is found, contact the IT Service Desk and let them know your card is found. This automatically reactivates your access to campus services.
- If your PointCard is replaced, your campus services are automatically reactivated on your new card.
Students: If you requested temporary access to your student meal plan let Dining Services know you no longer need your temporary access by calling (715-346-3434) or email: University.dining.office@uwsp.edu.
► Reactivate Your Student U.S. Bank ATM Options (If used)
If You Find Your Card
- You can unlock your ATM options in your U.S. Bank mobile app or in your U.S. Bank online banking portal. You can also stop by a U.S. Bank branch office or call U.S. Bank at 715-343-2210 (business hours) or 800-872-2657 (after hours) and ask to have your ATM options re-enabled.
If You Replaced Your PointCard
- If you have replaced your PointCard stop by a U.S. Bank branch office with a photo ID and ask to have your ATM options activated on your new card.
U.S.Bank accepts the following photo IDs: driver’s license, state ID, or passport. They can also accept military IDs, tribal IDs, and foreign passports.
