The IT Service Desk can provide a credit refund for print jobs that students are unable to physically print due to a mechanical malfunction of a campus printer.
To report an issue and request a refund:
- Call the IT Service Desk at 715-346-4357 (HELP) or email them at help@uwsp.edu.
- Provide the following information about the failed print job:
- Date and time of the job.
- Location of the printer.
- Document name.
- Reason for the credit request.
