To cancel a FollowMe print job you can simply ignore it. Once you print your print job to a FollowMe print queue you have up to 72 hours to physically print your file. At the end of that 72 hours if you have not physically printed your document to a FollowMe printer your print job will automatically be cancelled. Your account will be credited for the unprinted, cancelled print job within the next 24 hours.
