DocuSign is a cloud-based electronic signature and agreement management platform that allows individuals and organizations to securely sign, send, and manage documents digitally. DocuSign is recommended and supported at UWSP.  Learn more about DocuSign.

Using DocuSign

To use DocuSign at UWSP you must first request a DocuSign account.

Sign In To DocuSign

  1. Go to docusign.uwsp.edu.
  2. Enter your UWSP email address.
  3. Click NEXT.
  4. Click Use company login, and sign in with your UWSP account and MFA.

Send Documents To Be Signed

To send a document to someone for their digital signature, first request a DocuSign account.

How do I send a document to be signed?

Add one or more documents to an Envelope
Envelopes digitally contain the document file(s) you want to send for electronic signature.

Disable comments on an envelope

Signing groups
Allow any one member of a predefined group of recipients to sign.

Signing Documents

To sign documents that are sent to you through DocuSign, you do not need a DocuSign account. Simply follow the link sent to your email requesting your document signature.
