The Microsoft 365 mobile apps can be installed for your UWSP account on up to five phones and/or tablets.
Once you install your first Microsoft 365 app, open the app to receive a sign in prompt. Select Work or school account then sign in with your UWSP account. Additional installed Microsoft apps will automatically sync with your previously installed app's sign in.
You can install Microsoft's mobile apps from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Install individual Microsoft 365 apps
- Search on "Microsoft" and a specific app name (e.g. "Microsoft Outlook", "Microsoft Word", etc) to easily find and install an app. Prefacing your search with "Microsoft" helps to display the correct app at the top of your search.
Install multiple Microsoft 365 apps at once (iOS only)
- Search for "Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps". The App Store supports iOS app "bundles". "Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps" bundles apps allowing you to install the following Microsoft 365 apps all at once, or select and install only specific apps from the bundle.
The Microsoft 365 Productivity Apps iOS bundle contains the following. Install all or selected apps:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft OneNote
- Microsoft Defender
