Telephone Equipment Installations, Moves, and Repairs

The Telephone Support Office has on-site technicians who can visit your office to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

DO NOT contact an external phone company for repairs. This can delay important service you may need to completely resolve an issue.

Request an Installation, Move, Telephone Line Change, or Repair

Phone Repairs

For needed repairs, please submit an IT Workorder.

Include in your workorder:

  • A contact name.
  • Building and room
  • Telephone number with the issue.
  • Number on the network jack.
  • Issue description.

Repairs are made within 48-business hours.

Phone Installations or Moves

Submit an IT Workorder at least 48-business hours in advance.

Include in your workorder:

  • A contact name.
  • Building and room.
  • Telephone number for moves.
  • Number on the network jack of the existing phone or the network jack for a new installation.
  • Include for moves: Number on the new jack, and building/room (if changing).
