Yes. Both Adobe Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro are combined into one Acrobat app available from the installed Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is a locally installed central hub that gives you access to install, launch, and update your available Adobe software for desktop, web, and mobile.
