If you use PowerPoint for online presentations, open your presentations with PowerPoint Live through Teams. PowerPoint Live displays your notes-free presentation to your online audience as you view both your presentation and accompanying slide notes on your own computer screen. All of your useful Teams meeting tools are also available while using PowerPoint Live.
How To Use PowerPoint Live
- Open your Teams meeting (you must be a meeting presenter).
- Click Share.
- Scroll down to the section, PowerPoint Live.
- Select your PowerPoint presentation from the list, or,
- Scroll to the bottom and select Browse OneDrive to find and select your presentation.
Your presentation's first slide displays along with your slide notes and presentation drawing tools.
As presenter, PowerPoint Live also gives you access to all of the useful tools available through your regular Teams meetings such as:
