One-Time Setup to Print from Mobile and Personal Devices

To print to a UWSP FollowMe printer from your personal computer or a mobile device you must first connect to UWSP's UWSPWIRELESS or EDUROAM Wi-Fi with your UWSP account and the FollowMe Print queues:

• UWSPFollowMe-BW (black and white)
• ​UWSPFollowMe-CL (color)

Instructions For Adding The FollowMe Print Queues

Add The FollowMe Print Queues to Windows PC

The intermediary Mobility Print app is required.  See Mobility Print download and set up instructions for Windows OS.

Add The FollowMe Print Queues to Chrome OS

The intermediary Mobility Print app is required.  See Mobility Print download and set up instructions for Chrome OS.

Add The FollowMe Print Queues for Android

The intermediary Mobility Print app is required.  See Mobility Print download and set up instructions for Android.

Add The FollowMe Print Queues for iOS Devices

No app is required. Your device will identify and display the FollowMe print queues whenever you are on campus.

Add The FollowMe Print Queues to Mac OS

No app is required but you must add the FollowMe print queues.  See the following for your Mac OS​.

MacOS (Ventura & after)

1. Open System Settings.
2. Select Printers & Scanners at the lower-left.
3. Click the “+” button (bottom left Printers list).
4. Select UWSPFollowMe-BW.
5. Make sure the Use field is set to Secure AirPrint.
6. Click Add.

Repeat these steps to add the color FollowMe printer: UWSPFollowMe-CL,.

MacOS (Sierra-Monterey)

1. Open System Settings.
2. Select Printers & Scanners at the lower-left.
3. Click the “+” button.
4. Select UWSPFollowMe-BW.
5. Make sure the Use field is set to SecureAirPrint.
6. Click Add.

Repeat these steps to add the color FollowMe printer: UWSPFollowMe-CL.

Older MacOS

On older OS X, the printers and drivers must be manually installed prior to use.

1. Open System Settings.
2. Select Printers & Scanners at the lower-left.
3. Click the “+” button (bottom left Printers list).
4. Select PRINT2-UWSPFollowMe-BW.
5. Click Select Software… in the Use: field.
6. Select RICOH MP C4504ex PS.
7. Click OK to apply the driver.
8. Click Add.
9. Close the Add window.
10. Select the PRINT2-UWSPFollowMe-BW printer.
11. Click Options & Supplies.
12. Select the Options tab.
13. Under Finisher, select Finisher SR3210.
14. Click OK.

Repeat the steps to add the color FollowMe printer: UWSPFollowMe-CL.
