How to Scan Paper Documents to Email

You can scan paper documents to your email from any FollowMe Device​​ that displays the PaperCut screen.

To scan paper documents to your email

  1. ​​​​​Sign in at the panel with your 8-digit UWSP ID number.


     
  2. Select Scan.


     
  3. Select Scan to My Email.


     
  4. For double-sided scanning or other changes to basic settings, select Settings at the right.


     
  5. To scan multiple pages that are not feeder compatible, select the box to Prompt for more pages.
     
  6. Select Start Scanning.


     

You should see a momentary Scan complete message. The display will then return to the second screen above where you can select Scan again, or choose a different option.

  1. When you are finished, select Logout at the upper right.

​​Check your email in a few minutes to see your scanned document(s).
