Student Printing Fees

​Printed pages are counted in all UWSP public computer labs and in many private departmental computer labs.​

​The first $10 of student printing each semester is available to each UWSP student as a printing credit. Printing charges beyond this amount during a semester are billed to the student account. You can check your print balances at the Print ​​​​​Cr​edits​ website.​​

Printing Rates

  • Black & white letter: 5 cents / side (duplexing is automatic)

  • Color letter: 15 cents / side.

  • ​Black & white tabloid (11 x 17): 25 cents

  • Color tabloid (11 x 17): 50 cents​
