Outlook has default settings when it comes to how it stores your email. At UWSP, your emails are cached for a year, but this can be changed when needing to access emails older than one year.
If you see the message "Connect to the server to view them" when attempting to access old emails, follow the steps below!

How to View Old Emails in Outlook
- Click File in the upper left corner of Outlook.
- Click Account Settings > Account Name and Sync Settings...

- Adjust the slider all the way to the right until it says All > click Next > Done.

- Restart Outlook.
You can also access your email via Outlook for the Web to find emails older than one year!
