UWSP Employees can download and install Creative Cloud apps on their personal, home computer. 

Important: You can be signed in to Creative Cloud on a maximum of two computers simultaneously (for example your work computer and a personal home computer). If you attempt to sign in to Creative Cloud on a third computer you will be prompted to sign out of one of your existing sessions.
