How Can I View a Shared Calendar?

Outlook allows you to view free/busy times for calendars within the UWSP organization.

To View Someone's Calendar

  1. Open Outlook click the Calendar icon.

  2. Click the More Options  button > Add > Open Shared Calendar.

  3. Enter the name or email of the calendar you want to add > click OK.

    • If there is more than one search result, Outlook will provide multiple options for you to choose from (e.g. if you search "John," you will likely get multiple results). Use the full name or email when possible.
       
  4. The shared calendar will now appear under Shared Calendars on the left side of your Outlook calendar.
     
  5. Click the checkbox next to the name of the calendar you want to view.
