How Do I Set Up Outlook on iOS Devices?

UWSP provides Office 365 to all students, faculty and staff. As part of the software bundled with Office 365, students, faculty and staff can use the Microsoft Outlook App on Android Devices. Information Technology recommends using the Outlook App with all UWSP.EDU email accounts because the app is relatively easy to setup and it integrates well with other products used at UWSP.

How to Install and Configure Outlook on Your iOS Device

  1. Install the Microsoft Outlook app from the Apple App Store.

     
  2. Open the app after installation.
     
  3. Press Get Started.
     
  4. Type in your UWSP email address then tap Add Account.

     
  5. Select Microsoft 365 as the account type.
     
  6. Type your UWSP email and password then tap Sign in.

     
  7. In the next window, tap Maybe Later to continue with the setup.

     
  8. Choose if you want to enable permission for Outlook to send notifications.
     
  9. In the final step, iOS will ask your permission to enable two notifications - you can choose to allow or not allow these items.

 

You will be taken to your Inbox when the install is complete.
