Where Can I Find My Employee ID?

Your University of Wisconsin employee ID can be found on the back of your UWSP PointCard and in Workday.

Where to Find your Employee ID On Your PointCard

Look for your University of Wisconsin Employee ID​ on the back, lower-left corner of your UWSP PointCard.

Your employee ID is on the back of your PointCard at the bottom-left, prefaced with "UWS" and a space.

 

Where to Find your Employee ID in Workday

  1. Sign into Workday with your UWSP account.
  2. At the top-right click your profile icon, the last icon on the right.
  3. Click View Profile.

Your profile icon is the last icon in a set of four icons at the top-right.

  1. Your Employee ID is listed at the right under Job Details.
