When you receive calls through your Teams mobile device app, you receive the same incoming call notifications and answer those calls just like when you receive your personal data plan calls.
When you receive a call through Teams mobile app:
- On locked iPhones a banner with the caller's name displays at the top of the screen. Tap the blue check mark at the right to answer.
- On locked Androids tap the blue Accept button at the bottom-right.
- "Teams Audio" displays indicating​ you are receiving a Teams Call.
Note: Changes to your incoming call notifications in your personal data plan's call settings will also change how you receive notifications for Teams Calls.
