Teams Calls - Temporarily Disable Your Access To Call Queue Calls

Body

If your office utilizes a call queue, there may be times when you may want to temporarily turn off your ability to receive queue calls. You can turn off and re-enable your call queue access in your Teams Calls Settings.

Manage Incoming Calls from a Call Queue

Turn Off Or Re-Enable Incoming Calls From a Call Queue

  1. At the upper-right in Teams, click the ellipses (…) and select Settings.

""

  1. In the left pane from the Settings list, select Calls.
  2. To the right at the top of the Calls pane select the call queue. A Call receiving setting appears with a slider button.
  3. To disable your access to calls for the selected call queue, move this slider button to the left. If you had previously disabled your call queue call access and would like to once again receive calls from the queue, move the slider back to the right.

If you have access to a call queue, it will display on your Teams Calls setting pane at the top to the right of your "Personal" settings. Your "Personal" settings are selected by default.
