Teams Calls - Record Your Personal Greeting

Body

You can record a personal greeting through Teams Calls that callers will hear when you are away from your desk.  When you do not answer your phone your personal greeting plays and the caller is allowed to leave a voicemail.  Your personal greeting plays for callers when Automatic Replies in Outlook is not turned on.

In addition to your personal greeting, you can also add an out‑of‑office greeting.  An out‑of‑office greeting is added separately as text which then plays to callers as text-to-speech when you turn on Automatic Replies in your Outlook.
