How Soon Can I Use The Services On My PointCard?

When do PointCard services become available when you receive a new or replacement PointCard?

• Electronic lock permissions: Up to 1 hour.
  This includes access to your residence hall or office building, and other assigned buildings and rooms. 
• Key tenders: Up to 2 hours.
• Other UWSP services: Services such as student meal plans, fitness and rec access, library services, etc are available immediately.
