When you receive a new or replacement PointCard the following times when services become available apply:
- Electronic lock permissions: Up to 1 hour.
This includes access to your residence hall or office building, and other assigned buildings and rooms.
- Key tenders: Up to 2 hours.
- Other UWSP services: Services such as student meal plans, fitness and rec access, library services, etc are available immediately.
