Why Was My Uploaded PointCard Photo Not Approved?

If you received an em​ail from the PointCard office telling you that your photo was not approved you should retake your photo carefully following the instructions on How to Take and Submit Your PointCard Photo. You can also stop by the IT Service Desk for your PointCard and request that they take your PointCard photo before printing your card.
