How Do I Include an Email Message as an Attachment?

In the Outlook Desktop app:
- From your email list, open the email or select the email so that it displays in Outlook's Preview pane.
- At the top right in the the previewed email or the open message click the Other Actions button (horizontal three dots).
- In the menu that opens select Forward as Attachment. This opens a new email with your selected email added as an attachment.
- Address and send your email.
In the Outlook Web app:
- From your email list, open the email or select the email so that it displays in Outlook's Preview pane.
- At the top right in the the previewed email or the open message click the More Actions button (horizontal three dots).
- In the menu that opens hover over Other reply actions then select Forward as Attachment. This opens a new email with your selected email added as an attachment.
- Address and send your email.
