Description of Service

This service allows you to submit a general OIRE support request.

Please note that when filling out the form, all starred (*) items are REQUIRED for submission.

Request Guidelines

Please provide all required information and all known optional information during submission. The more information you provide, the quicker your request can be processed.

When submitting a request, please ensure that all information provided is accurate. The UWSP OIRE team may reach out to request further information or ask for clarification. During that time, your request will be placed on hold until you respond.

Procedure:

  1. Select the "Enter Support Request" button.
  2. Fill out and submit the online form.
  3. The UWSP OIRE team will review the request.
  4. Further information may be requested if necessary. Please check your email inbox regularly for messages related to your request.
